This residential building, designed by Architect Paolo Capellini, is located halfway between the city of Milan and Como Lake. The residence is characterized by balconies drawing horizontal bands - on the different floors and interrupted by vertical blades - created thanks to the “Infinity Plus 75” Novowood profiles. The installation pitch, with 75 mm at sight and 40 mm of vacuum, guarantees solar shading and, at the same time, visual permeability. The Copper Brown color highlights the contrast between the WPC and the white plaster.

Novowood has all the qualities of wood, but not its defects: it is long-lasting, stable and it does not warp, it has no splinters and does not lose color, it is sun, ice and rain resistant.
