Looking at the Ionian Sea from big terraces, in contemporary design flats, immersed in an architecture which pays attention to sustainability: LineaT studio designs a residential complex on the waterfront of Catania reinventing luxury living.
For a realization in close contact with the sea the studio chooses Novowood WPC: the ideal material for bringing the warmth of wood to a maritime environment, granting high performances of resistance to weather conditions.
The big prospect on the sea is characterized by wide lodges clad with Skin Pro staves: the Novowood product which, thanks to the widths 47, 97 and 197 mm, allows infinite possibilities of combination for the design of façades and false ceilings.
Also the terraces floors are provided by Novowood that, with the big size Prestige 197 staves, offers the ideal surface on which you can live the outdoor space.
LineaT studio, moreover, chooses Infinity Plus 30 louvers in order to shade from the sun the wide glazed surfaces and to grant to those who live the spaces the best experience in terms of illumination and environmental comfort.
More than 987 square metres of façade and outdoor ceilings clad with Skin Pro, 240 square metres of Prestige 197 decking and 750 linear metres of Infinity Plus 30 profiles, express Novowood Wood Plastic Composite full potential and prove its great versatility: innovation and sustainability at the service of design.

Novowood’s polymeric component allows it to better resist the deterioration due to the sea climate and salty water. Furthermore, it works as a protective layer against the proliferation of fungus and mould.
Finally, the composite materials require no maintenance, painting and are 100% recyclable.
Novowood does not require any special maintenance, it is easy to clean thanks to the well-thought combination of wood and polyethylene, that restrain the growth of mould and fungus. It is suggested to clean it by using neutral floor detergents, and if using a high-pressure cleaner, it is necessary to keep the machine at least 30 cm away from the walking surface.
